Trust = real on-chain USDC settlement held by the operator's payment address on Base (log-scaled) + an anti-spam penalty (an operator listing thousands of identical endpoints is flooding, not serving) + listing completeness (a real price, a real description, a real category).
An address we can't read on-chain is marked UNRATED — never scored as trustworthy. We tell you when we don't know. That honesty is the point: a directory that rewards inactivity as if it were proven-good is worse than none.
